Production Slip Delay Registry entry

Specifies a period of time (prior to the current date). If a certificate is ordered for an event that occurred during the specified period of time, a production slip is not required.

Note: Only for use by the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Usage

This Registry entry is assigned to groups:

where:

module

the registration table holding details of the event.

This entry may be different for different modules, e.g. it may be 60 days for Births and 120 days for Deaths.

delay

is the number of days an event occurred prior to the current date. If the event occurred within the number of days specified by delay, a production slip does not need to be printed.

For example, if delay = 60, any event older than 60 days from the current date (61 days or greater) will require a production slip.

Example

This entry specifies a delay period for Births to be 60 days. If a birth occurred within 60 days of the current date, a production slip does not need to be printed:
